The core of Latitude Five’s service offering is in Corporate Advisory, which is the background of the founders and their associates. This focuses on external growth transactions, with services such as due diligence, transaction structuring and fund raising with local and international financial institutions and investors, as well as project management. Combining transaction expertise with in-depth understanding of the environment in which it takes place, Latitude Five provides strategic advice as well as execution capacity to assist its clients in “getting the deal done”.
More recently, Latitude Five added an Investment angle to its services, dedicated to investors such as development finance institutions (DFI) and private equity firms focusing on the sectors and markets in which the firm operates. Whether in the context of origination of off-market transactions, deal support, local structuring or post-investment monitoring, Latitude Five will seek to understand and anticipate investors’ requirements for a successful investment.
